Lilicious offers an exclusive and private interactive platform for its members. In addition, Lilicious organizes exclusive events for our community. These terms and conditions apply at all times. By participating, you agree to these terms.
You also have the right to file a complaint. In the Netherlands, this can be done with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens): autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
When submitting a membership application on our website, you are required to provide accurate information, including clear and recognizable personal photos. If you provide incomplete or false information, or if we doubt the authenticity of your data or photos, we reserve the right to reject your application.
The organization of Lilicious reserves the right to grant or deny membership at its sole discretion. Submitting an application form does not guarantee access to the community. If your application is rejected, you will be informed. We are not obligated to provide a reason for rejection, and any rejected data will be deleted immediately.
If we discover false profiles after approval, your membership may be revoked, and future participation refused. Tickets purchased with a false profile will be canceled. Membership will not be renewed or reinstated, even if you reapply.
Tickets can be purchased through our official channels. Payment is accepted via credit card, PayPal, or other methods as indicated. All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not possible unless otherwise stated. Exceptions can be requested by email.
Tickets are personal, registered to a name, and non-transferable. At entry, tickets will be checked against your ID. If the information or photos on your ticket do not match the person attending, access will be denied, tickets will not be refunded, and your membership will be canceled.
All visitors must present a valid ticket and identification at the entrance. Tickets are not sold at the door. Single men are not allowed, and the minimum age requirement is 21 years.
By using the services of Lilicious, you agree to take all reasonable precautions when communicating with other members, especially when deciding to connect outside our services or meet in person.
Members understand that when they share personal, confidential, or sensitive information (such as name, address, phone number, financial details), they do so at their own risk.
Visitors must behave respectfully and courteously at all times. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disruption of an event will result in immediate removal without refund. Drug use is strictly prohibited. Alcohol may only be consumed by persons aged 18 and over. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
Visitors are required to follow the announced themes and dress code. The organization reserves the right to deny access if the dress code is not respected. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
At Lilicious, your privacy comes first. We collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Upon entry, phone cameras will be sealed to ensure your privacy. Taking photos or videos during our events after entry is strictly prohibited.
We provide a professional photographer. By attending our events, you consent to possible photo and video recordings for promotional purposes. These images will be placed in the secure members-only area of our website. Members will receive an email with access details.
If you see a photo of yourself in the secure area that you prefer not to be online, contact us and we will remove it. During the event, you may also inform the photographer directly if you do not wish to be photographed.
Lilicious – Blurred Lines is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Participation in our events is at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries or damages that may occur during the event.
Lilicious – Blurred Lines reserves the right to modify or cancel events. In case of cancellation, ticket costs will be refunded. Changes in date, location, or program do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
